Systematic exercise in water has beneficial effects on the cardiovascular system and heart function, including lowering blood pressure, strengthening blood vessels and lowering cholesterol levels. Water relieves the spine perfectly, which is appreciated by pregnant women, the elderly or people with joint and bone problems.
