For the winter, we have prepared the most effective form of thermal therapy for Wellness Centre visitors. Peat conducts heat up to 1.5 times more efficiently and 5 times longer than water, and can gradually warm the body nicely in depth. The high proportion of organic substances, minerals and trace elements together with humic acids ensuring acidic pH helps to boost the body's own immunity. Peat packs and baths have a beneficial effect in rheumatic diseases, arthrosis, musculoskeletal pain and dermatological problems. Alkaline peat extract enriched with essential spruce needle oil also helps relieve tension and stress.
Peat hydro massage bath 20 minutes
The effects of a bath heated to 37–38 °C, enriched with natural peat with the addition of essential oil from needles, consist in warming the whole body and its active organic and mineral substances to relax your muscles, tissues and stimulate the natural cycle of the organism, its regeneration and healing.
Peat pack 20 minutes
The basic thermophysical effect of the pack brings deep warming of the organism by applying peat, which supports the thermal effect of peloid with local hyperemia of the organism as a complex reflex reaction. Biochemical effect of the pack is brought by products of a humidification process of peat and humic acid, which are part of the complex effect of peloid when applied directly and provide rapid pain relief, are recommended as a supportive agent in the treatment of conditions of rheumatic and traumatic origin, arthrosis, muscle contractures, joint and spine problems.
